Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services

Due to the custom, non-tangible nature of software development and digital services, refunds are handled strictly based on project milestones.

2. Pre-Development Cancellations

If you cancel a project after the deposit is paid but before any development work has begun, a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.

3. Active Development & Completed Work

• Once development has actively commenced, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable to cover the time and resources invested.
• Once a project is completed, deployed, or the code is handed over, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Third-Party API Changes

If a project relies on third-party APIs (e.g., Telegram, OpenAI) and those platforms change their rules, limits, or shut down, Vishal DML is not liable, and no refunds will be issued for the original development work.
