Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vishal DML. By engaging my freelance web development and bot automation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services & Scope

I provide custom web development, backend engineering, and Telegram bot automation. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement. Any extra feature requests outside the initial scope will be billed separately.

3. Payment Terms & Hosting Suspension

• Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
• Outstanding Invoices: If a final payment or hosting renewal invoice remains unpaid past the due date, automated systems will temporarily suspend access to the hosted website or bot until the balance is cleared via the secure client portal.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full clearance of the final invoice, full ownership of the custom codebase and assets is transferred to you. I retain the right to showcase the completed project in my portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
